Style Consultant and Customer InformationIn order to become a Style Consultant or customer, you must provide biographical and contact information (such as name, mailing address, telephone numbers, and email address) to us. Style Consultant applicants must also provide personal information such as an applicant’s Social Insurance Number or Federal Tax ID Number so that we may prepare and file necessary non-employee compensation forms. Style Consultants and customers are also required to provide payment information (such as credit card, debit card, or checking account information). We may use this information to maintain contact with Style Consultants and customers, to process Style Consultant and customer orders, and for billing purposes.
Information Use & Sharing
Personally Identifiable InformationMagnolia and Vine DOES NOT share personally identifiable information except with contracted service providers as may be necessary to: (a) process orders and/or returns and obtain payment; (b) complete an enrollment as a Style Consultant or customer; (c) maintain our genealogy database; (e) issue payment and report income to taxing authorities; and (d) maintain communication with you. We also provide personally identifiable information: (a) to upline Style Consultant(s) as described in the Downline Genealogy Report section; and/ or (b) to list the Style Consultant on the Company’s Style Consultant locator feature on the Company’s website; (c) to assign a sales or enrollment lead to a Style Consultant; and/or (d) to governmental agencies as required pursuant to law.

As a network marketing company, Magnolia and Vine provides certain information to Style Consultants regarding the other Style Consultants and Customers enrolled in a Style Consultant’s downline marketing organization. If you enroll as a Style Consultant with Magnolia and Vine, your name, address, email address, telephone number, consultant ID number, rank, sponsor, and sales volume information will be provided to your upline Style Consultants as downline genealogy information. No other personally identifiable information will be shared with other Style Consultants. Information relating to downline Style Consultants is made available to Magnolia and Vine Style Consultant subject to a confidentiality and non-solicitation covenant in the agreement that each Style Consultant enters into with Magnolia and Vine. However Magnolia and Vine does not warrant that other Style Consultants will adhere to the confidentiality and non-solicitation covenants, and Magnolia and Vine shall not be responsible for Style Consultants’ violation of these covenants.
When you visit our Site, we may collect information that is automatically sent to us by your web browser or your internet service provider. This information may include your domain name, and your numerical IP address. We may also collect other general information (such as the type of browser you use, which pages you view, and the files you request). We use this information to better understand how visitors use our Site, and to improve our Site to better meet your needs. If you make a purchase from a Style Consultant’s Replicated Website, we will provide the Style Consultant to whom this Site is assigned with your name, contact information, a de- scription of the item(s) purchased, and the sales volume associated with the purchase. No other personally identifiable information will be shared with the Style Consultant.
Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
Magnolia and Vine may share aggregated demographic information with our partners, vendors, suppliers, third party providers, and advertisers. This is not linked to any personally identifiable information.
In the event Magnolia and Vine goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling all or a portion of its assets, the personal information of Style Consultants and customers will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. If as a result of the business transition, a Style Consultant’s or customer’s personally identifiable information will be used in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, the Style Consultant or customer will be given a choice consistent with our notification of changes section.
Lead Assignment and Style Consultant Locater Features
Magnolia and Vine occasionally will assign prospective sales and new Style Consultant leads to Style Consultants. In these cases, we will provide the lead with the appropriate Style Consultant’s name and contact information and/or provide a Style Consultant with the prospective lead’s name and contact information. In addition, Magnolia and Vine has a Style Consultant Locator feature on its website. Pursuant to this feature, a prospective customer or new Style Consultant can locate a nearby Magnolia and Vine Style Consultant. In order to make the Style Consultant Locator feature and the lead assignments effective, the company will provide the prospective customer or new Style Consultant with the Style Consultant’s name and contact information, which may include his/her telephone number, address, and/or email address.
Legally Required Law Enforcement, Judicial and Administrative Agency Disclosures
Magnolia and Vine may provide confidential and personally identifiable information as necessary to comply with judicial and administrative orders, subpoenas, civil or criminal investigative demands, administrative and regulatory demands and other legal obligations. In order for Magnolia and Vine to conduct business in certain jurisdictions, Magnolia and Vine may be called upon to disclose certain personally identifiable and confidential information to regulatory authorities in those jurisdictions. Such information may include, but is not limited to, income information and personally identifiable information. We will provide such information as we deem necessary.
Communication From Us
Special Offers and Updates
Magnolia and Vine sends all new Style Consultants and Customers a welcoming email to verify password, username, and acceptance of the Style Consultant Agreement or Customer Agreement. Style Consultants and Customers may occasionally receive information from Magnolia and Vine on the Magnolia and Vine business, products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. If you decide you no longer want us to send you these materials, you may unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe function in our commercial electronic communications.
On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send Style Consultants and/or customers an email. Generally, Style Consultants may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.
Style Consultant and Customer Service
Magnolia and Vine may communicate with Style Consultants and Customers via email, regular mail, text message and telephone on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their Magnolia and Vine business. Magnolia and Vine may communicate with customers with respect to products or services purchased by such customers from Magnolia and Vine. Such communications may be by email, regular mail, text message or telephone. Magnolia and Vine may also communicate with Style Consultants through leaving messages in Style Consultants’ Back-Offices.
How we Protect Personally Identifiable Information
The security of your personally identifiable information is important to us. We protect personally identifiable information by maintaining physical, organizational and technological safeguards intended to help protect against unauthorized use, disclosure or access. Personally identifiable information may only be accessed by persons within our organization, Style Consultants, or our third party service providers, who require such access to carry out the purposes indicated above. Personally identifiable information we collect is maintained in Chicago, IL.
Although we have taken measures to help protect our Sites, computer systems and any personally identifiable information that we have collected from unauthorized use, access, disclosure, misuse, alteration or destruction, no security measures can provide absolute protection.
